Who Can Register

Atxam shareholders who are at least 18 years old and who are not subject to guardianship or conservatorship orders are eligible to register for MyAtxam. Please note: If a Atxam shareholder serves as the legal fiduciary for one or more other Atxam shareholders, as designated in Atxam’s stock records, information relative to the ward(s) is accessible from the fiduciary shareholder's MyAtxam account.

What You'll Need to Register

You need to know your:

Shareholder Identification (ID) number -OR- Social Security Number.
And date of birth
